It was the warmest February Valentine Hunt in at least eight years. We had 56 starts and about 80 orienteers all together. There were no missed punches on the advanced courses, and only one DNF that was due to injury. There was a higher than usual turnout for the white course. The white course was little longer than is typical and the the two DNFs were due to cutting the course short by skipping the lower loop. The two missed punches on yellow were apparently due similar mistakes: three or four controls in almost a straight line and neglecting one of the middle ones.
