The Miami Valley Orienteering Club (MVOC) has been promoting the sport of orienteering in the Dayton, Ohio area since 1973. We host 8–10 events per year at parks and natural areas throughout the Miami Valley region.
Our Mission
To promote the sport of orienteering in southwest Ohio — making it accessible to all ages, fitness levels, and experience levels — while maintaining and developing quality orienteering maps for the region.
Club History
MVOC was founded in 1973 and has grown into one of the active orienteering clubs in the Midwest. We are affiliated with Orienteering USA (OUSA) and the International Orienteering Federation (IOF).
